Kylie and Ocean Drive Realty in general, were extremely efficient in selling our property. They were recommended to us and they lived up to the recommendation. Their service and advice was excellent and the friendly, efficient manner was most appreciated, no request seemed too trivial. It obviously helps to have "on the ground" local knowledge, as this was an investment property which required a little maintenance prior to sale, all services and trades were on hand when needed and were first rate. We can't rate Negotiation Skills because none were required, we achieved a realistic sale price on the first offer.
