I chose Kylie Rodwell because of her consistent five star reviews. I was not disappointed. There was excellent communication with Kylie and Jarryd. Her assessment of the starting price was more than I ever dreamt and it was 100% correct. Her advice given to make the home sale ready was non-judgemental yet honest. She attempted to find a buyer from an existing list before going to advertising. An Open Home was organised very quickly from which four offers came. The final offer that was accepted was two weeks after I first signed up with Kylie. Everything went smoothly. I could not have asked for a better outcome. I found Kylie and Jarryd very easy to deal with and always available. I highly recommend them for their calm and professional manner, and knowledgeable practice. It really was a good experience from a seller's point of view.
