Despite considerable inital interest, the property proved to be somewhat problematic to sell, given its position right next to the Pittwater Road. Kylie, through her connections and market knowledge, was able to dress the property and revamp the photography, resulting in a sale at an acceptable price, when all indications were we would need to further discount the price for the perceived 'noise effect' of the road. We originally chose to place the property with Kylie after we had a very positive experience when we had initially bought the property - and we were certainly not disappointed with the decision. Kylie's market knowledge and the thoroughness of her and the team's approach was worth the fee. We had agents offering to sell the property for lower commission/fees, but we were happy to pay more for a high quality service.
