I had picked Kylie Toole to sell my fathers estate because she seemed like she could handle a challenge (his house was a dome house). I had meet Kylie previously and she seemed very straight to the point and honest - two things I liked in people. Kylie didn't disappoint me and she came and met my family from Brisbane on a Sunday and with less than twelve hours notice - nothing was too much trouble. We had a sale within a short time and everything went smoothly thanks to Kylie's obvious experience in handling the selling process. I will use Kylie again and would recommend her to any other prospective sellers.

Market knowledge excellent. She told us when to list, not too early before Xmas. We listed early Jan. She priced the property well. Not too high as to drive off the real buyers. and leave an unsold listing. 2. Communication. Excellent. Built confidence in her knowledge of how to sell, when to sell, and how to price it for a sale in the optimal time. She gave us advice on how to present the property well. Got us to de-clutter! and then came in to take her professional photos. A work of art! 3. Professionalism. She was very professional and handled the hurdles which came us. Her pricing was good and we got 2 offers close to her listing price. We sold just in time to see the market dynamics change as the peak had passed. We sold just in time!

Kylie made my real estate sale process so easy. She is very experienced and has an extensive knowledge of real estate in the local area. Her friendly manner, brilliant communication skills, exceptional work ethic and a willingness to go the extra mile meant she gave her all to ensure both buyer and seller were well catered for. I initially expressed my interest in purchasing the land to another agent, it turned out I was forced to buy through Kylie. I wasnt impressed as the other agent did all the initial work. I wasnt all that impressed with Kylies responses at all but as I wanted the land I had no option. Requests I made were not entered on the contract and a question I sent to her the evening before settlement were answered with untrue reply, she did however try to right the situation to my surprise but I am left wondering as to her ability to carry out instructions. I found her to be a bit lax to be honest but I can say she tried to satisfactorily sort things out, however I am left having to pay for what wasnt done.
