Do not trust Kylie Westbrook. If I could give less than one star I would. Purchased a home from them and once the sale was done refused to answer calls or messages. On the day we received the keys, we found a substantial water leak in the ceiling which only got worse. Contacted them, no reply. Just about to rent the home out when the ceiling in the garage collapsed due to the leak. Lost money as it was not able to be rented out. Then cost thousands of dollars to fix the plumbing and plaster. Called Kylie to ask for the original owners number to get the code for the alarm system as there was no handover and the first thing she asks is "is this about the water leak?" After initially denying knowing about it, that's the first thing asked.... Found the original tenant who stated the leak as well as other issues were communicated to the real estate agents previously however they did nothing about it. Yes, I am aware that in the NT there's no disclosure however we stated we didn't care if there were any issues, we just wanted to know. To find out the day of receiving the keys was a slap in the face and ruined the excitement of owning a new home. Thanks for nothing.
