Great negotiator

It was an absolute pleasure dealing with Kym and her son Jack. Kym is very knowledgeable and dealt efficiently and professionally with the purchase of our new home and the sale of our old home. She is an amazing negotiator and we would definitely recommend that she sells your property. Our property in Parkwood was sold within 3 days at $20000 above the listed price and to a cash buyer. There were a few challenges towards the end which were exacerbated by unforeseen circumstances, but on the most part Kym and her team rallied around and assisted where they could.
