We undertook extensive research before listing our house with Kym. She is head and shoulders above all the local agents and she outsells everyone in the area. She met with us in our home and gave us a frank valuation without promising us the world just to get the listing. Beware other agents who tell you your property is worth a fantastic amount. These unscrupulous agents will say anything to get your listing then after months of no interest will push you into lowering your price. Invariably you will need to accept an offer lower than what the house is worth as buyers are spooked because the house has been listed for so long.

I recently engaged Kym to sell my investment property after an unsuccessful campaign with another agency. Kym understood exactly what I was wanting to achieve, and provided pertinent and timely advice in relation to pricing and a marketing strategy. Kym's strategy paid off immediately with strong numbers coming through the open home and multiple offers transpiring with days of first listing. Kym was an excellent negotiator and was able to facilitate an outcome acceptable to all parties very quickly and professionally. Unfortunately however, this buyer terminated during due diligence.
