We bought our house in March 2015 through Kym. The process for us was made all the more complex as we were arriving as foreign buyers from overseas and timelines kept slipping more and more to the right. Throughout this process Kym ensured that both the sellers and us were kept fully up to date with developments. There were no 'pushy sales' calls, no impatience and no problems at all as far as Kym was concerned. For me, honesty and integrity mean everything and Kym has both in abundance. When we eventually come to sell it'll be with Kym - I could not recommend her more highly.

Having had bad experiences in the past we looked long and hard for the best agent for our area. In the end only one had a record of speedy sales with above average sale prices. What we did not count on was how determined she was at not letting a possible buyer go, even when things looked shaky. If you want to sell in Bellbowrie I cannot recommend Kym more highly.

Our experience of buying via Kym was so great we then decided to sell through her as well. I loved the fact that she was not pushy, realistic, very knowledgeable about the local market and looked after both parties interests with integrity and honesty. I feel she gave us great advice to get the results we were after: a quick sale at a good price.
