This was our first time selling a house and so we were unsure of the processs however Kym stepped us through the whole thing while removing any stresses we had. She was available day or night to answer any questions we had or even just to reassure us when she knew we were on edge. It was such bonus having Kym live in the area herself as she knew the market well and could give any buyer first hand knowledge of the suburb. We couldn’t speak more highly of Kym and would not hesitate recommending her to others. To be honest we had chosen another real estate when a flyer of Kyms ended up in our mailbox. After a quick chat we knew she was the one and we switched that afternoon. Best decision we made!
