Kind but communication needs improvement
A very kind agent. Despite the same agent selling the property twice in two years, very little was known about the home being sold. Was unsure on basic questions such as the age of house (when built) size of Kw solar on roof, fridge being plumbed and how/if external cameras and wired intercoms worked. Most correspondence including winning the contract was done via text or email.

I am very disappointed to hear you are not so happy with some aspects of the transaction. This is quite a surprise to me given you thanking me many times throughout the sale for my assistance. I was not aware you were unhappy with some of our communication being via text and email until now. This would have been very easy to resolve, so I do apologise if this upset you.
I am always more than happy to find out anything I can for a buyer in relation to a home which I do as promptly as I can.
