Kym helped the reviewer sell this property

If I could give Kym Wilson 10 stars, I would!

Having bought and sold many properties over my lifetime, I can unequivocally say that Kym is the most outstanding real estate agent I have ever had the pleasure of working with. She has now successfully sold two of my investment properties in North Ward, Townsville, and her professionalism, expertise and commitment have been exceptional throughout. What sets Kym apart is that her service extends well beyond that of a traditional real estate agent. Drawing on her extensive experience in property renovation and presentation, she effectively project-managed the refurbishment of both apartments, coordinating everything from painting, carpeting, lighting and ceiling fans to kitchen and bathroom upgrades, professional staging and styling. Her attention to detail, excellent judgement and ability to bring everything together resulted in properties that presented beautifully and exceeded my expectations. The recent sale of my Cook Street property was a particularly impressive demonstration of Kym's expertise. With the Townsville market experiencing a significant slowdown in buyer activity, Kym remained focused, proactive and determined. Rather than rushing to secure a sale, she continually reassessed the campaign, refreshed and repositioned the marketing, followed up prospective purchasers and persevered until she achieved an excellent sale price in very challenging market conditions. Perhaps Kym's greatest strength, however, is her exceptional interpersonal skills. Her communication is impeccable, her integrity unquestionable, and her dedication to her clients is evident in everything she does. Kym combines outstanding market knowledge, renovation and presentation expertise, exceptional negotiating skills and a genuine passion for achieving the very best outcome for her clients. I cannot recommend Kym Wilson highly enough. She is an exceptional professional and an absolute pleasure to work with.
