Glad that I had the opportunity to get to know Kyra during the sale of my property. She worked behind the seen and up front to bring the right buyer to inspect my place. Only one inspection was needed with a buyer ready to pay full price. Thanks Kyra for your efforts on my behalf.
I found Kyra to have an honest knowledge of the market value of the property, and kept me informed of the possible sales and enquiries all the way through to the final purchaser. She always replied immediately to any questions that I had, and took control to successfully sort out a problem that arose in the final stage of the sale. In my opinion Kyra is an honest and reliable person, and I have no hesitation in highly recommending her as an agent.
Kyra handled the day to day sale of our property and kept us contsatntly informed. Engaged positively with our tenant, making the open houses smooth. Kyra was realistic in her assessments and gave us a great result. Thanks,
Kyra went above and beyond and we are so grateful that we trusted our with Kyra and her team. A truly wonderful outcome. Kyra listened to what we wanted and worked with us to achieve a terrific outcome!!!!
Always happy to help and go above and beyond, continually kept in contact and got the job done.
Kyra was incredibly helpful in the process of buying a property. We're relocating so apart from viewing this property -- which she suggested to us, we had to complete all correspondence remotely. She was able to arrange private viewings to suit our schedule and recommend local vendors to complete all necessary inspections. She has been really professional, realistic, genuine and easy to work with. A big thank-you from us.
We are incredibly pleased with the service I received from Kyra Wright and Dowling Real Estate - Medowie for our home purchase. Home buying process can be daunting, but their entire team was fantastic every step of the way. We can not thank Kyra enough for your patient approach, which made this otherwise stressful event a smooth and successful process.
Kyra would follow up the prospective purchasers later in the afternoon after an inspection and also keep us informed of the situation
That’s so much for showing us 9 Snowgum Karuah you was so helpful and positive it was a pleasure doing business with you. Thank so much.
