Kyra was a perfect fit for us. She knows the area, where as we didn’t due to living in different region. Our place was a little challenging due to being a DHA rented property. This was no problem for Kyra. Also the timing we put on market was in November and we had offers in the next couple of days. Kyra is a fantastic negotiator. Her communication between DHA and ourselves was amazing. If I was to buy again in the area I wouldn’t go past Kyra as our agent also if had another place to sell there, I wouldn’t use anyone else
