From the moment I walked into the office, I found Lacey to be incredibly giving in her approach to my requests. Nothing was too much trouble for her, and any questions that I raised were answered with a friendly and professional demeanour. I have spoken about Lacey to my friends in how she was never bothered by my late calls or emails and if she didnt have the information immediately, she would follow it up and send to me. Any issues that needed her to follow up, were done so in a warm and friendly manner.
