Lachie was very helpful in keeping me informed without any prompting and volunteering to handle aspects that were difficult from inter-State. In the Margate ‘east of Oxley’ market, where the houses are hard to compare one with another, and in the current market, it is hard to know what is an appropriate asking price. We came in perhaps a little high, but overall I was satisfied with the sale price which was above what others were suggesting as an asking price and Lachie certainly did everything one could expect, and more.

Where can I start, after initially trying to sell my property with another agent I was fortunate enough to be introduced to Lachie through my wife as he also had an amazing experience with him many years ago when we initially purchased a house in Queensland. The key here was he always kept in contact with us by phone email or personal letters to let us know he was there if ever we needed his help trying to sell our property. The extreme challenges we had trying to sell this property that another agent was not able to overcome and not having a clear understanding of the market and overpricing the property making the property go stale.
