Lachie helped the reviewer sell this property

Sold my house within a week!

Lachie is my sister, and I’ve truly admired witnessing his incredible passion and drive for selling real estate over many years. Time and time again, I have seen Lachie perform an truly amazing job for his sellers, selling well over 40 homes last year alone in the Redcliffe and has routinely been rated as the Number 1 selling agent in Margate. So he was a natural choice for me when time came to sell my property in Clontarf Lachie did an amazing job selling my property and did so in record time (under one week!) He organised high quality photos, an impressive marketing campaign online and in the newspaper advertising features and generated significant buyer interest in my property. Within three days of listing the property he had a firm buyer, who made an offer and we sold the property within a week. Lachie kept in constant communication with me the whole way through the process which included keeping the tenants well informed of all open homes and inspections and navigating those arrangements appropriately with the real estate. If you’re looking for a warm, friendly, down-to-earth agent who makes selling your home his priority - I would highly recommend Lachie to sell your property.
