I appreciated Lachie and Brendan's honesty. They knew the market very well and after our property being on the market for some time and then them taking it over they had three potential buyers and a signed contract within one week! Highly recommended!

We have always worked with Michael Barber until recently the good man moved on. During this time we were in the process of selling our Newcastle property, this is when Lachie come in to assist in the process. Negotiations were completed, contracts were about to be exchanged. Lachie was fantastic with superb pro active communication and followup and as a result we have sold our home. I would highly recommend Lachie, a great agent and I will say it is very hard to find a great real estate agent, so when you do stay with them. I think Lachie will be a very busy man. Thanks for all the help too Lachie. Go well. Cheers Mike

I am very happy to recommend Lachie Sewell from Creer Property. Lachie was always prompt in answering any questions we had and was able to identify early in negotiations what we were looking for in a property and within our budget. He was always honest and up front with keeping us up to date on the property we were looking at and was always true to his word. Lachie was able to find a WIN/WIN situation for both us as the purchaser and his vendor.

Hi Lachlan, We cannot speak highly enough of the way you acted as our estate agent. You came to our rescue in lots of ways other than just selling our home. We were in need of some repairs and you found a very good tradesman to carry out the work. Also, you put us in touch with a solicitor and you were in constant communication with us during the process of the sale. The advice on how to go about preparing our home for sale was invaluable. Many thanks. John & Kath.

Lachie Sewell was great to communicate with, polite and on his game. Lachie was always available and if on the rare time he wasn't he always returned calls. We did not have to be chasing up things. It would be our pleasure to refer anyone to Lachie

Lachie sold me this home 12 months ago and i did not hesitate to have him sell it for me again. his good friendly communication, regular feedback and has effective advertising. He explained the selling process very well.

Thanks to Lachie who did a great job selling our place. I was really happy with the way he was available to list the house on the first day, and listened to us with what we were hoping for the sale. He gave us a really good idea of the market, and kept in touch very regularly every step of the process. It was great to have him organise everything that was needed to present the house at its best because we did not live locally. We were happy with the selling price negotiated on our behalf by Lachie, and the timeframe meant we had the money in time to reinvest when we were ready. Thanks again Lachie.

My wife and I would have no hesitation in recommending Lachie to anyone wanting to sell there property. His experience and great agent/client relationship with us was second to none. We sold our house in 6 days and couldn't be happier. Damien and Nat Schmude Armidale

Lachie was very helpful for my partner and I who were first home buyers. He had great knowledge of the Armidale market and kept in contact with throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend Lachie!

Very happy with the service we received from Lachie and wouldn't hesitate to use him as our agent again.

Lachie, From Wayne and I many thanks and best of luck in Newcastle. We are sure you will succeed. Kind regards Derek and Wayne

Lachie was extremely professional and knowledgable when it came to selling our house. He was always approachable and took any of the guesswork out of the process. His expert valuation led to the house selling almost immediately as it was set at a perfect price. He made the entire process so easy that I would not hesitate in recommending him to either buy or sell a house.
