Lachie has extensive knowledge of the Armidale real estate market. He kept us informed every step of the way and had a complete understanding of what we were after. Lachie is an exceptional communicator and made the process very easy for us. Thank you
Great to deal with, kept us informed throughout sale of our home. Highly recommend Lachie, very professional and motivated. Thanks again mate.
Lachie is a very energetic and committed agent. He provided a clear strategy for sale and then followed through on this to the letter. He regularly communicated with us about developments and results as they came in. We put our house on the market shortly after the period of lockdown in NSW was lifted. Lachie's feedback about market conditions was accurate and he was flexible in what was an overall rapidly changing environment. Importantly, he did 'gild the lilly' but, rather, gave us accurate information about the real estate sector in the Armidale area and showed how it was different to the conditions experienced in the capital cities. Finally, his team were equally professional and energetic, and we found that we got clear communication from everyone involved.
Great knowledge, easy to talk to , allways willing to go the extra mile , would recommend to anyone looking at selling or buying.
I found Lauchie very helpful from the first phone call, the first enquiry was at the very last minute and he put an amazing effort to give us the opportunity to see and make an offer on the property. Every step of the way Lauchie was reactive and very responsive to many query's. I would recommend Lauchie to anybody who require Laing + Simmons services
Lachie was very professional and his knowledge and experience with real estate is next level
As we live in Sydney and the property we were purchasing is in Armidale, Lachie made the whole experience less stressful, as there there were a few ups and downs. He was very prompt in replying to our queries and even showed our daughter through the property when she was travelling through the area. We found him to be a very helpful and professional person and would have no hesitation in recommending him as a real estate agent.
Lachie was exceptional in finding a property that met my requests. He was great at dealing with solicitors and vendors during in the sale. Highly recommend his services to anyone.
Lachie was friendly, easy going and happy to answer any questions we had about the property. He also kept in touch regularly during the sale process which was very helpful and minimised confusion
I wish Lachie well in his business. He was available at all times throughout the viewing and purchase of this house. He made some logical and sensible suggestions about sensible improvements to the house once purchase was made - and (not to mention) the wonderful congratulations! pack after settlement.
Always a great experience with Lachie and the team! Thank you again for another positive experience!!
We were looking for a house for a while. Lachie shows us the property we purchased and I found him approachable .He was patience and understanding. He also helped us in organising building and pest inspection and other matters.
