Able to Close a deal against the odds

Our property was a difficult one to sell. Great block of land. Huge house but needing a bit of upkeep. On the other hand a ming lease over the property and active mine next door. Immediate red flags. Fortunately when all seemed a lost cause and our retirement on hold our agent was able to negotiate a deal close to the asking price and saved the day.
