I had been dealing with other agents on the Sunshine Coast over the past three years, and, whilst they were professional, no sales/purchases eventuated. I met Lachlan twelve or so months ago at an inspection and was impressed with his professional, knowledgeable, positive, communicative, energetic and accommodating approach. We closed a deal in twelve hours on a property that, at the time, was not listed. He understood intimately my requirements, offered options and was always available. Laclan was very warm and welcoming when I first inspected the property. Despite a few people, all questions were answered very quickly and professionally ( including some local knowledge regarding the area). Once I explained that my wife works every Saturday and that I really liked the house, he took time out on his day off (Sunday) and showed my wife the house. We now own this lovely house.
