Lachlan helped the reviewer sell this property

Sale of a unit in Caloundra, Queensland.

Lachlan was quick to organize the required marketing and energetic in arranging viewings of the property. He clearly had a good knowledge of the local market and gave good advice on appropriate pricing. It was also clear that he was focused on achieving the best price possible for the property and was not just after a quick sale. His feedback on buyer reaction was very good.
