Excellent Sale Outcome

This is the second property Lachlan has sold for me. Lachlan gave me relevant insight as to what I should do to the property prior to the sale in order to get optimum price in an optimum timeframe. He made those arrangements for me very quickly so there was no hold up to the sale. Within a space of 3-4wks he had negotiated a sale price for me which I was very happy with!
