Lachlan showed us a different house first and within about 4 minutes knew that house wasn’t for us and asked us if we were in town a few more hours to view another house that he knew we would love. We are now moving into the house we do in fact love. We looked at every house on the coast and thought we knew everything available. He was like a buyers and sellers agent all in one and had us locked in within a day. He’s great at reading people and knowing what they need and want and then giving them even more and well within budget.
