The real estate business has a reputation for attracting the sharks, for folks who will tell you what you want to hear while believing and doing nothing of the sort. This was something we did not want when we came to sell our house, as we had been on the other side of the transaction before. Lachlan at the very first meeting was upfront and honest about what we should expect, told us exactly how things were likely to play out, and just generally made us feel comfortable about what we would be getting into. He knew the area, what the market was doing, and explained how things would likely play out. When the market took an nasty nose dive during the sale process he put in every ounce of effort to make sure we got the best results we could, and really stepped up to make things work. I could not recommend Lachlan more highly, this is the guy you want in your corner when it comes time to sell.
