Lachlan was a great agent to deal with. He was professional and respectful in all of his dealings, honest, and provided us with great communication throughout the sale process. We took ages to decide to sell and he gave us about three different appraisals at different times, and was considerate of our position at all times. The open for inspections were run during times that suited us as well as the house and the potential buyers, I was comfortable leaving the house with him and happy to have him in charge of my home. Which is saying a bit, as I don’t particularly like others in my house (let alone a whole bunch of people I don’t know.)
