His advice on how to prepare the house for sale was a big help. His bargaining skills to get me the highest possible price was very much appreciated. There was never a time when he was too busy to answer any of my queries and that was a big help as I am 85. Personable and excellent at communication. Lachlan provided us with the information we needed on market conditions and continued to update us throughout the short campaign. On auction day he kept us informed during the auction and our former home was sold at auction above our expectations. If we had not followed through with his advice our house would likely still be on market and we likely would have sold at a lower price than what we got at auction. The hardest working agent around! Having bought and sold multiple properties we have dealt with lots of agents over the years and Lachlan is by far the best we have come across!
