The professionalism, communication, advertising and general operation was good. The Auction however was not a big success. I felt that we did not have any qualified buyers at the event and the auctioneer passed the property in at too low a figure. This led to buyers thinking this was the reserve and therefore would not exceed that figure.

My husband and I were very impressed with Lachlan regarding the quick sale we were seeking for our house. His advice regarding everything, right down to what the process will entail was thorough and explained in a manner that we could understand easily, even regarding capital gains tax.
