From the moment I trusted Lachlan with the sale of my unit, everything has been seamless. His recommendations about presenting the property well and realistic expectations about process and outcome demonstrated his wide knowledge of the market, clientele and local area. He was always very respectful and patient. I would definitely recommend him to anyone considering selling their property.
We purchased a unit off Lachlan and he was very good to deal with. He was conscientious and always got back to us with any queries we had before we secured the property and afterwards. We found Lachlan to be enthusiastic but not “in your face” like some agents can be. Overall a pleasant experience and would not hesitate to recommend Lachlan if looking to buy or sell property.
Very helpful and knowledgeable and available to assist with any queries to make it happen. Recommend him without hesitation.
From initial contact right thought to settlement (and beyond) Lachlan has been kind, respectful, prompt, supportive and generous with his time, knowledge and professionalism so that we can finally own a home! We are beyond grateful and will recommend Lachlan to all. He is wonderful !
We had an amazing experience selling our property through Lachlan. Lachlan had clear and timely communication throughout the entire process and we felt well informed. He went out of his way to ensure he opened the home to as many scheduled and private viewings as possible, which ultimately secured our buyer and at a very good price. We couldn’t recommend Lachlan more!
My mother purchased a unit with Lachlan’s assistance at a time in life when recently widowed . Lachlan was very considerate and assisted in a process that was daunting for her .
Looking for a family home is stressful. Huge financial commitment in a hot market. Doesn’t make things easy. Lachlan struck the balance of getting a good price for the vendor but also being clear, open and transparent with us every step of the way. The end result was we got our dream home in our budget!
The feed back we received from Sophie Carter agency during the sale of our property at Tweed Heads was excellent we were kept in touch on all aspects of the prospective sale, l am glad we chose this agency to sell our property. Lachlan Sproule was the real estate agent that handled the sale of our property we found him to be very professional knowledgeable & helpful he lead us through the sale process effortlessly he was a pleasure to deal with, thank you Lachlan. Regards Bob & Mary Reid
We could not have asked for a better agent, agency or outcome to the sale of our property. Lachlan explained his sales plan clearly and fully delivered. He was calm, confident in his methods and made the whole process pain free. Selling our property in 2 weeks after receiving 8 offers. We would recommend Lachlan to anyone selling their property.
Lachlan was straight down the line when it came to the nitty gritty. There wasn’t any beating around the bush and I found him to be trust worthy. It was a great experience working with him and he helped us produce the best possible outcome for the sale of our home. I will highly recommend Lachlan to anyone.
The fact is that if Lachlan is a good real estate agent than I as a buyer should hate him. He was an excellent advocate for his client. I think he probably got more for the home than it was worth. If I was selling than he is the only agent I would use.
Prompt information, problem solving skills and professional. I highly recommend Lachlan.
