We purchased our unit from Lachlan only a year ago and he was very easy to deal with. Due to a change in family circumstances, we had to sell the unit and Lachlan was very understanding and incredibly respectful during the process. He is a very good communicator and kept us informed the whole way through. The support staff in the office are also 5 star. Would be happy to buy or sell through Sophie Carter in the future for sure.
