My 90 y.o.mother had to sell her family home as she had gone into an aged care residence. After initially meeting my husband and I, Lachlan made the special effort of meeting my .mother in her nursing home. She instantly liked Lachlan and felt she could trust him completely. Throughout the whole 5 week process of selling Mum’s home Lachlan was diligent at communicating clearly with us, organising the marketing of Mum’s home effectively and most importantly negotiating with the potential buyers. Lachlan was able to ‘clinch the deal’ after only one week of Mum’s house being on sale. We felt he had my mother’s best interests at heart and he sold her house for an excellent price.
