I met Lachlan at quite a number of open homes around Baulkham Hills, as his agency Manor is clearly the number one agency in the area. After successfully purchasing through Lachlan, I now fully understand why they have built such a strong reputation. Lachlan is always reachable, approachable and genuinely friendly throughout the whole process. He follows up promptly, communicates clearly, and has an impressive knowledge of the local market. Whenever I asked about comparable sales or market conditions, he could provide detailed information almost immediately, straight out of his mind. What stood out most was his work ethic and dedication. He is a diligent agent who always makes time for buyers and vendors. Even after the purchase was completed, he continued assisting me with setting up leasing arrangements for the property, as it is an investment purchase. Overall, it was a very positive experience dealing with Lachlan and I would highly recommend him to anyone buying or selling in the area.

Honestly one of the best experiences I've had with a real estate agent and I've had experience buying, selling and renting. Zach and Lachlan were great. Communicated well and didn't stuff around with price expectations which as a buyer and I'm sure for the seller as well is honestly a good thing. Again, special shout out to Jordan who coordinated a lot of the stuff in relation to contracts, final inspections etc. Was lovely to deal with and I could honestly feel the whole team was really lovely. They went above and beyond even with the seller offering to drive over to their new place and pick up the keys so they didn't have to drop it off at the office. Same with offering to meet us at our new place to drop off the keys. Just the little things that makes you feel they're going above and beyond.

Although contacting several agents, due to personal circumstances the sale of our house did not proceed for some considerable time. Only Lachlan continued to follow-up and provide regular market updates. Not only did he have the understanding of the area and the market, he also took into account our situation – being somewhat reluctant vendors. The assurances given when signing the agency agreement were delivered on with 8 offers and the house sold in a week - a great outcome. Lachlan provided additional information to make us comfortable with our decision to accept the final offer. Even after contracts were exchanged, he continued to assist to make the sale process less stressful. To sum up, Lachlan is not only highly skilled and professional to do the job but also empathetic and amiable. I’d have no reservation in recommending Lachlan and look forward to staying in touch with him and hopefully having another successful future sale.

Lachlan was exceptional. He was very experienced, eager, passionate and hard working. He was readily available and took my phone calls with promptness. He is a great communicate and facilitator. I was able to secure two three hour time slots to be able to commence quoting on works to the property whilst in the settlement period. This was not required but he went above and beyond even once the deposit and signatures were done. Lachlan is a young gun in the area and I would trust him with advice, knowledge of the market and being very personable. No areas of discussion were off limits and I felt secure throughout the whole process.
