Lachlan and Skye were very helpful through the sales & auction process. Unfortunately all communication stopped once I settled on the property. I identified several issues in my pre-settlement inspection that needed to be investigated. I have contacted Skye and Lachlan on numerous occasions to follow up on these issues, however no-one has been able to respond to my enquiry. I have now been chasing a response for 6 weeks with no success. All in all it was not a bad experience, however I would recommend that any future home buyers resolve all issues prior to settlement as all service/communication stopped as soon as the sale was finalised.
