Hardest Worker!

Laine Preston Sold our dual living house in Bonogin this year (May 2015). From the start of the sale she was very professional and promised to work as hard as possible to get our house sold as there where many family issues going on. At all times Laine kept all three families up to date on what was happening with the sale. Laine's marketing strategies worked out perfectly and she never missed a Saturday open home, she ensured us there was always at least a couple of potential buyers coming. Laine was always full of recommendations for the home that were easy to fix and made the houses more saleable, after searching for a home now it is clear that not all real estate agents are able to get the vendors to clean up or prepare there homes ready for viewing, as we have walked through some disgusting houses and the agents have been rude and obnoxious. Laine was ALWAYS friendly and happy to help. Her communication skills where supurb and kept us up to date either via phone or text letting us know numbers etc. She negotiated with the buyers a price that was comfortable with all three families. Thank you very much for all your awesome hard work, I would recommend Laine to anyone who is selling or buying, and if i was buying up in that area i would DEFFINETLY go through LAINE PRESTON because she is the type of realestate agent you need and will know she is the HARDEST WORKER!
