I initially chose Lam to sell my house based on the number of properties he had sold in my area and the results he got for those sales- he knows the market. I was immediately very impressed with the level of communication Lam provided from the first call that I made to him. I never had to call him for updates or information, he was always ahead of me. He was very upfront and honest in his communications. He looked after every little detail. Through his drive, enthusiasm and cheerful nature, it was clear that Lam enjoys his job. He worked really hard to get me the best results. I was wary of agents trying to make quick sales. Never did I get that impression from Lam. His enthusiasm and drive never wavered. He was very proactive and rallied to get a good price for me. I felt like he negotiated very well on my behalf. I definitely didn't make it easier for Lam by accepting early offers even though they were great. Rather than trying to close the deal and move onto other jobs, Lam just happily accepted my decision and kept pushing along. Throughout the process, Lam's professionalism, knowledge, drive and integrity was very evident. I'm very glad that I engaged him and I highly recommend him to anyone selling their property in the area. I would definitely engage Lam again if I was selling in the area. Lam was an absolute joy to work with.
