Lam was good from. The get go. I was overseas so he had to work through that. He visited the house and gave his analysis and some options - what minimal to update vs more and discussed pro/con. He helped set the house up for sale and planned a "good time" to go to auction. In the end we put it on sale Friday and it was sold by Monday. Price was decent I think both parties happy enough. Fairly painless. As I said in title, I didn't feel I was just another commission with Lam. Generally I dont like dealing with Realtors.... they reek of greed and arrogance. Lam is an exception.

Really rated Lam from the first viewing we did online. Knew a lot about the house. Anything he was unsure of he found out pretty quickly and got back to us! Nice person to deal with!
