Lam has made our selling experience the most painless and stress free process we've had so far! From start to finish, Lam was straight forward with the estimates, the process, costs and marketing plan. He always updated us with a text or call anytime there was progress on the property such as ads going live and stats of buyer interests. On our previous house, we had issues with the tenant and agent not communicating effectively and in turn cost us a few hundred dollars to sort it out. But with Lam, he took responsibility to liaise with rental manager and work with the difficult tenants directly to make sure the open homes ran smoothly. In the end, Lam was able to: sell the house faster than we anticipated, received higher price than what we wanted, saved us a few hundred dollars by managing difficult tenants. It's clear to us that Lam is an expert at what he does, and works really hard with his team to make the whole process seemless. We cannot recommend him enough.
