Lam helped the reviewer buy this property

best agent I've dealt with yet

Lam was extremely generous with his knowledge of past sales, direct, doesn't waste time, and is extremely prompt in getting back to you, whether it's a call, SMS or email. He's the most on the ball agent with extensive knowledge of St Albans, you'd be hard pressed to find someone who can serve you better in the area.
