This is the second time we are dealing with Lambros and was very helpful and responded quickly to our queries and tried to be as accommodating as possible during inspection times. With his knowledge about the townhouse he did a good job explaining everything to the buyer. Just one point we weren't 100% on , which was the fee.. it was not explained to us that the percentage we agreed on was EXCLUDING GST.. Other than that, everything went smoothly..and Lambros is very good at his job.
