Lambros helped the reviewer sell this property

Fantastic agent with great negotiation skills.

Lambros Bollas was fantastic to deal with throughout the whole sales campaign. He is very attentive, likeable, provided us with constant feedback and was very knowledgeable with the fine details of the house. He displays great passion for high-end houses/townhouses and is able to sell the fine features and lifestyle of a high-end product to prospective buyers. Even though our house didn't sell on Auction day, Lambross did a fantastic job in negotiating with 2 buyers on Monday. Our townhouse sold for $1,440,000, still holding the sales record price for townhouses in Mentone. I would definitely recommend Lambros to any prospective sellers.
