Lan and Will from Our City real estate guided us through the purchase of our first home. The process of purchasing a home can be confronting and challenging, however Lan and Will made the process easy by supporting us through every step, whilst ensuring we were well informed. Thank you.
We chose Lan and Will to be our agents to sell our house. They were great from start to finish, they appraised the house to be spot on and sold the house so quickly. They were a pleasure to deal with and were so accommodating with anything we needed done. They responded to our calls after hours and even when Lan had his first child he was still working hard for us. Recommend these guys for your sale not a single bad thing to say about them! If I could give them 10 stars I would.
I would trust Lam to sell any property I had to sell . He is just great & tells you what to expect through out the sale. I felt very confident that Lan would get the right price for me. If you are thinking about renting your house out with Lan just do it as they will look after you through all of it
Lan made our move significantly easier than it could have been. Despite complications during conveyancing, he was always on the end of the phone and always did what he promised to do. We never had to chase him for details and he always had the right answers. We are very grateful to have had him as our estate agent.
Lan was approachable, friendly and professional in his dealings with the sale of our house. He even came to our home on a Sunday (with coffee!) to go over our initial enquiries. We found Lan went out of his way to help us.
This was our first time selling property and right from the initial appraisal we were very impressed with Lan and Will's professionalism, knowledge of the Orange market and communication. Throughout the sale process we were kept fully informed with honest feedback on our open homes, always on the same day and felt very confident with their advice on the direction we should take with the sale. They got us exactly what we were hoping for and we can't recommend them highly enough!
