Lan Snowden was an exceptional agent to assist with the purchase of our new home! He was very knowledgable, friendly and truly cared about our situation and needs. No matter what time of day or night, if we had a question, Lan would respond. Lan was there every step of the way, giving us honest advise and direction. We would be hard pressed to ever recommend anyone other than Lan Snowden and the team from Our City Real Estate.
This is my second experience in the past 2 years with Lan & Will selling a property for for me . They were extremely professional & communicated with me every step of the way. They went above & beyond to support me in every possible way !! Thank you so much
Lan and Will are a genuine pleasure to deal with. Market expertise is first rate and no hurdle is too high to cross. I would go back to them in a heartbeat should another opportunity arise.
We will be forever grateful to have Lan and Will sell our first home. From the very first meeting, we knew that they were the people for us. Professional, reliable, efficient, hard working and all round fabulous people! We were so incredibly happy with the service and would recommend them to everyone!
Will & Lan were nothing short of amazing to deal with. From the first point of contact - to the exchange. They were both professional & oozed knowledge! We couldn't fault their service & we are forever grateful for our experience & outcome we achieved with the OC boys!
Lan is a go getter with boundless enthusiasm for selling property. Lan and Will were always available and negotiated and managed a quick sale. In my opinion they are easily the best agents in Orange.
The knowledge he provided about the market and pricing was absolutely correct. The fact my house was sold after only two open houses on consecutive days made it seem so easy.
Lan and Will were very professional with the way that they showed the house. Extra viewings of the house were also no problems. The price that they stated for the house was very close to the final sale price. All in all we were very happy with the purchase process with Will Miller and we were really happy to deal with him and would have no hesitation on recommending Will to any of our friends.
Lan was super easy to deal with. His knowledge of the local market, ensuring we were kept informed the entire process and feeling like we were a priority helped us achieve an amazing result. We would definitely recommend Lan and Our City Real Estate for anyone looking to sell their home.
Lan Snowden has sold our property in less than 2 weeks! He is very professional to deal with. We highly recommend his services!
Lan was great in the process of buying our house, follow ups and helping us out in the whole process from start to finish.
