Will and Lan - we can’t thank you enough for all the hard work, dedication and the time you spent in selling our home - in record time! Selling a home in a small regional community outside of Orange can be tough, yet you knew the target market and did it with ease. You never left any questions unanswered and always responded promptly and definitely provided us with a real estate experience the way it should be! Thanks Again Jase & Trace

Lan and Will exceeded my expectations as the managing agent for my property Our City Real Estate provided me Peace of mind, excellent customer service and openly communicated all aspects of my selling journey. Always prompt and friendly, highly recommend this agent if you want a professional personal experience

Very happy with Lan's professional, yet less bureaucratic approach - in our busy and dynamic lifestyle it's the human factor, that can make (or break) the whole process of buying/selling a property! Lan has been very helpful to negotiate the price with vendor and find the right solution for us. I would recommend him and Our City RE!

Lan and Will were great. Sold my house within 48 hours. Great communicators. Fantastic service.

Lan, supported us through all steps from open house to deposit, his communications were excellent, follow up and support is ongoing.

Buying my first home felt pretty daunting, but Lan made me feel at ease throughout the whole process. He was open and honest from my first inspection to the last. I couldn’t have asked for a smoother experience or a better agent!!

Lan and Will were a fantastic team, a real dynamic duo! We achieved a great result thanks to Lan and Will. We would recommend them to anyone looking to sell.

With my husband working away, a new baby and us relocating to a new town, we needed agents we could trust and Lan and Will went above and beyond to make the selling process as smooth and fast as possible. They worked hard to bring so many potential buyers through our door, kept us updated and helped us every step of the way from listing through negotiations and even helped organise a cleaner when we moved! We feel like they became a part of our family and we could not recommend them highly enough! Thank you Lan and Will for making our first house selling experience such positive one.

Would just like to say a big thank you to Will and Lan from our city realestate from start to finish nothing was to big or to small of a problem for these two hard working professionals and were always really easy to get ahold of when I had a question or needed Something chased up 10/10 boys definitely would recommend.

Professional, honest and a wealth of expert knowledge. Lan's approach was easy with no complications, great communication, if Lan says he will do something he will do it, you don't have to chase him. Dealing with Lan and Will is a very positive experience. Thanks guys

We chose Lan & Will as it was obvious to us they had a very good knowlege of the current market and it is clear to see they are passionate about selling houses. If your looking for an agent to sell your house that gets amongst the buyers then choose Lan & Will.

To say our experience with Lan was good is an understatement. Right from the start he gave us full confidence in selling our house for the price we wanted, an that he did. His knowledge of the town, experience and exceptional marketing was the biggest stand out for us. Communication was spot on, no matter what time or day it was Lan would always make himself available. It was an absolute pleasure to work with Lan and we look forward to dealing with Our City again. Many thanks
