Excellent communication throughout

Lan made himself readily available, even outside business hours. We felt that he went over and above our expectations in this regard and this was very much appreciated. Due to work commitments, it was not always easy for us to be communicating during business hours and this flexibility was most beneficial. Lan did his best to accommodate all our requests, he was always punctual with meeting times and provided honest feedback to our questions.
