Lan was always very keen to assist and advise and communication was always prompt and clear. I believe that the service, knowledge and skill he offered was well beyond what I suspect others would have and offer. When needed he always readily responded in a professional manner. I was happy with what was achieved despite some problems caused by another party, that Lan was able to resolve.
