Richelle was wonderful to deal with throughout my purchase. From the first inspection, nothing was too much trouble. I arrived last minute and she was incredibly accommodating, welcoming and helpful. She has a warm, upbeat energy and is genuinely approachable and friendly, which made the whole experience feel easy and comfortable. Her responsiveness was outstanding - any questions I had were followed up quickly, and she was proactive in getting answers from the owner without delay. Richelle combines professionalism with a very personal touch. She is capable, efficient and clearly cares about helping people through the process. A lovely person to deal with and someone I’d highly recommend to anyone buying or selling.
