We found Lan to be very knowledgeable on the local market and display a high level of professionalism and had great communication skills. While we were away from town an issue came up with the council that needed to be dealt with as we were not in town. Lan stepped up and took care of everything for us, he went above and beyond what was needed to help us sell our property and I can't recommend Our City Real Estate highly enough for all the help that was given to us on the selling of our property I would be recommending Lan to anyone I know that wants to sell or buy a property. pp
