Lana was very responsive and quick to respond to messages. she wasn't afraid to get her hands dirty and clean the house when the owners didn't leave the house up to a satisfactory level. easy to talk to and replies quickly. We didn't receive much market knowledge but she was good to work with, she was great when working with a partner.
