Selling is supposed to be stressful but if you leave it in Lances hands you have very little to worry about.IF ever I had to sell again I’d only go with Lance.From start to finish I rate him 5 star.He went above and beyond to make selling smooth.

Lance listened to our requests and requirements! The sale of our home took a bit longer than I thought but that, I think, was due to the asking price. Our purchase home ticked all the boxes including our purchase price. My wife and I have crossed paths with Lance several times since our dealings and it is like meeting up with a lifetime friend. I have and will continue to recommend Lance and the agency to others.
Not only did he make this an unpleasant experience for myself and my partner, he exchanged on incorrect contracts, insisted on contacting my conveyancer and broker (my finances are my issue and would never happen in Sydney). Was not knowledgeable about the process tried in insist we needed to attend the Office to transfer our deposit the list goes on. We did not find him or colleagues truthful and he called constantly both myself and my partner, it got to the stage I did not answer his calls. Knowing it was an investment property did not promote the company he was working for, for our property management needs. One positive is that we did get the property for 20 thousand less than our original offer.

Lance organised to show us the house on a public holiday so we did not have to wait for the next scheduled open house. He was the only agent in our search that went above and beyond in this way.
