Initially Lance valued our property at more than we expected, when it came time to list he recommended a slightly lower price around what we initially had in mind. However, we didn't pick Lance for the valuation we picked him for his enthusiasm and attitude to get our house sold. We sold our property on its first listed weekend at the top listed price for our range and are very happy with the outcome. Lance is good as what he does!!
