Buying is so stressful in this competitive market. I viewed 2 of Laney’s houses but they sold so quickly. I viewed my current house prior to it getting listed and was surprised to be greeted by name by Laney, who was friendly and knowledgeable. She was available after the viewing to talk through details and helped me make an offer.
